FAQs: Halo Laser Skin Renewal
In Abilene, TX
Halo uses safe and efficient laser technology to treat the surface and deeper layers of skin for intensive skin renewal. Halo targets a “fraction” of the skin, leaving a perfect balance of treated and untreated skin to promote a rapid healing time and shorter downtime than similar laser treatments while revealing impressive results.
To ensure your comfort, we will apply a numbing agent to your skin prior to your treatment. Immediately following your Halo session, your skin will be red and feel sunburned for a few hours. As your skin renews over the first week following treatment, your skin will peel and flake as it reveals luminous new skin.
As your skin regenerates, it will gradually peel and flake off. Optimal results begin to appear three months after your Halo, with continued improvement as your skin produces new collagen. Applying daily UV sunscreen is a must for maintaining your results.
Downtime varies from person to person depending on the intensity of your treatment. Details of pre- and post-care will be discussed during your consultation.
