Fat Grafting
Fat grafting can be used to improve and enhance the appearance of most areas of the body, including face, breasts, hands, feet, hips, and buttocks. Fat grafting has amazing regenerative benefits due to the high concentration of multipotent stem cells in the fat tissue. By extracting fat from one area of the body and transferring it to an area requiring improvement, fat grafting (also known as fat transfer or fat injections) can reshape body contours, heal wounds and scars, repair damaged tissue, treat autoimmune skin disorders, and more.
Fat grafting can be used to:
- Restore volume to almost any area of the body
- Reduce wrinkles and fine lines
- Correct breast asymmetry
- Diminish scars
- Repair radiation tissue damage

In Abilene, TX
Fat grafting is a three-step process which includes fat extraction using liposuction, processing of the fat, and reinjecting the fat into the area needing improvement.
Yes! Fat grafting can be used to improve the volume and tone of the buttock area. By removing fat from an area on the body where it’s not wanted, e.g. the waist, abdomen, or thighs, and applying it instead to the buttock area, you can achieve a more flattering overall shape.
This depends on the amount of fat you are having transferred. For small amounts, a local anesthetic can be used, but for larger amounts, IV anesthesia or general anesthesia will be required.
